[ OFFiCE SPACE ] the office has been crazy lately ... not just its our busy season with a lot more shows opening up ... its just been crazy. there were a couple people fired out of the 7 of us who were hired in august. but its been cool with the people who's left and all the old staff ... we've gotten to know each other and learned to be a little more relaxed ... i could go on and on about the people i work with ... they are awesome. everyone's so freaking different its just ... funny! haha ... julia is this chick from hong kong who makes the craziest origami things ... like things you didnt know could be made out of a piece of paper ... its fcking hilarious! but forreal she is talented! haha ... she's a pre-pharmacy student who's unhappy with her major because her parents forced her into it ... we share that common ground - typical asian parents - so we get along great. she's also so funny and so sweet! she brings me sushi and i teach her japanese. i think ima make this a daily section in my entries ... haha ... MY ADVENTURES AT WORK! ... haha ... what? nothing else in my life is exciting right now! duh.

[ SEXiEST MAN ALiVE ] so we were eating dinner the other night while we were watching the news. People Magazine revealed the sexiest man alive (i know, what news right? hah!) was Johnny Depp. me and my mom kept guessing and when they finally said it was him, we were like, "Oh, Johnny Depp," and my fobulous dad was like, "Oh, Johnny DEEP. He was dat pie-RATE." hahaha ... usually he isnt that fob - neither of my parents are. but then again, my mom read that magician's name as David Cofferfield. haha ... what a weird.

[ HAPPY THOUGHTS ] no work for 4 days straight! (the weekend shows sold out so we dont have to go to work! BOOYAH) yeah, i do love it how everyone's slowly getting back to this ... mench has found her way back to the TAG-BOARD (how long has it been since someone used THAT thing?!) and rem! just hearing from you gives me a whole lot more piece of mind! ives man! almost 18 - dude you and Jenna SHOULD go to the Cheesecake Factory! ive been dying to go since i got here ... it always smells good walking past! tell me how it is coz i wanna go there with ryan. jenna ... love it when you comment your ass off! i think i can speak for all of us when i say that we need your craziness every once in a while! miss you chick! hope you're not sick anymore?! bisa, hope the cramming pays off! and sheila! GO TO SCHOOL! yep, if i were there, damn right id be on your ass about the whole procrastinating thing! but hey ... arent we all?! im emailing you, my lovelies this weekend, promise. oh yeah and i need to catch up with testimonials. [ SLACKER ] so mondays are my longest days - 3 classes. it isn't that bad though - as soon as im through with mondays, my week goes by like nothing and before i know it, im watching another episode of The Gauntlet. We're down to 5 more sessions of each class and ive decided to go to only one of the three i classes that i have today. mostly because i have so many holds that are preventing me from registering for Spring. So i spent this morning running around from Admissions to Advising to the Bank (coz i forgot to deposit my sweet ass check last friday) to the Pschology Dept. then back to the library to email my professors for crap. maan. im sick of this school. not really, just the paperwork. im relieved though: right now, i should be good. paperwork-wise.

[ WHiTESNAKE ] in the process though, i bumped into a friend and we were both waiting in line for something? she started talking to me about whitesnake and i started sing one of their songs ... then these two guys next to us sang along. it was funny. they started talking to me about where i was from ... and whether or not Guam was a 'rockin' place ... and kept asking why i didnt have an accent. bottom line with these people: if you're not from the states, why the hell don't you have an accent? haha ... other than that, they were cool guys though ... i got invited to one of their shows (fallen from the sky w/ free martin, etticonslio, and miles to go) ... im thinking of going just to have something to do ... man ... there are so many shows out here that i pass up because theres no one to go with. i wish you all were here; we'd be having a blast!

[ BRiGHT LiGHTS - MATCHBOX TWENTY ] but yeah, bisa, you're right. the whole renting and staying in is cool. i know florida weather is nothing compared to what everyone esle is going through but it has been getting cold (for this place) lately ... 60s-70s ... im gonna take ryan to that corn maze ... hahaha ... i refuse to go with my brother and sister because i know, i mean i know that they'd ditch me and id like shit in my pants or something coz im really scared of the chupa cabra! haha ... its dark out there guys. be careful!

[ ARiYONA ] so im sitting here trying to find some kind of inspiration for this psych assignment on aromatherapy. instead i get lost in this wonderful conversation with everyone's favorite hambuger-calvo (chris) ... i love random tangents. he gave me tips on how to respond to assinine questions about why i dont speak with an accent. this is what he says:

say, "Oh, I learn fast."

say, "They made me learn english at orientation."

when they ask you to say something in chamorro/other language, respond with cuss words or song lyrics and they'll be amazed

he helped me get out of pissed-off mode. so 2 hours later, and theres still only my name at the top of the paper. ive decided not to go to my human developement class ... it ends at 6 (boo) ... we have interesting discussions in there and usually im looking forward to it ... but i guess i just dont feel like driving home in the dark today.

[ HAPPY THOUGHTS ] i finally found someone to go tailgating with! haha ... i havent been to a football game yet ... i think its almost over?! haha ... but i think im working this weekend?! ive changed my major so many times already that im not gonna even bother to tell you about it! haha ... it would be too much to catch up with .... haha ... (ladies, my sillyones, ill let you know where im at in an email, hopefully soon!). oh yeah and a certian gliv's b-day is coming up! *obvious-winks*! haha ... someone's finally turning 18! =) love you and miss you all!

[ iM A Pi-RAH-NA. THEY'RE FROM THE AM-A-ZON. ] tell me where thats from! haha ... dude, this weekend was going great till i checked my email and got a notice that i couldnt register for SPRiNG coz of damn administrative holds ... geeze, thats a big reason why i hate this school - they can never get anyone's shit together. now its gonna be a big headache to get it fixed ... but im not letting that ruin my weekend. we just got back from a big party at this park for my mom's work. there was a lotta people ... i think joy was getting sick from the WHiTE PEOPLE FOOD ... thankgoodness for mom's lumpia and auntie's pancit. the ribs and chicken was good too but without rice, its just BLAH. feel me on this one?

[ WAS iT THE WHOLE NO-RiCE-THiNG? ] yesterday was the weirdest. out of nowhere, i got this overwhelming feeling of homesickness ... kinda equivalent to a panic attack ... it was just weird. i mean, ive always been homesick and missing everyone since we left guam but yesterday was just ... "one of those days" as alfredo puts it. so i was sitting at the ticket window at work with my chin on my hand. haha ... prolly the most pathetic ive felt in a long time. im over it. a few things actually happened that just ... made my day! first, me and mench finally got to talk! YAY! it was so fun catching up. that is the new boyfriend in the picture down there, by the way. haha ... i was teasing her that it was about time she got over ron! =Þ but its cool how she said they're still friends and everything. she seems happy ... from what i hear, she's found another competitor at heart in this one, shawn. they met in ROTC and they play soccer together. this chick can never get enough of the athletic ones! *winks* ... man, i miss you mench!! oh yeah, and why dont YOU name your child FiFi!? ... hahaha ... the other thing was that jermaine, jesscerrie, rachel, and sarah found me this week on friendster and i was like whoa. these kids came outta nowhere. i love that thing. oh yeah and alfredo sent me pictures of his tounge ring! haha ... i think its cool.

[ BUTTERFLiES ] im so frikkin excited guys. ryan's travel plans are all set ... he gets here on the 16th next month and is spending christmas and new years with us. maaaan. i cant wait!! it'll be exactly a month from today. how awesome? for now, the anticipation is killing me but i figure that that makes the reuniting all the more sweeter! it feels like the beginning of the relationship all over again ... you know ... with the whole butterflies in your stomache ... oh how i miss that feeling! but yeah ... i cant wait. seriously, i cant freaking wait.

[ HAPPY THOUGHTS ] school is going by fast! happy christening to a certain ayden (sp?) out there. i WOULD GiVE ANYTHiNG TO HAVE BEEN THERE FOR iT ALL. (i miss you so much.) sheila, i left my schedule on your LJ site ... so are you gonna be here soon or what?! i hope you do!! i really really really really really really like the name rylie ... i told ryan that has to be one of our kid's names ... yes, im one of those girls who figures out their kids names waaaaaay before they have kids. i took joy out driving the other day ... bottom line: she sucks. i thought she woulda gotten a hang of it quicker than i did ... but out of me, my mom, and my dad, i think im the one who'd stress her out the least while she's driving. she sucks at curves and parking. haha ... ive never been so scared of riding in a car than i have with her being behind the wheel! haha ... ive been craving some karaoke lately ... i think thats what ill do next ... [ SYLVESTER ] have i told you i've started working at the University Research School? i work with 1st graders ... they are the cutest things! guys, its days like these when i am so seriously sure i've found my calling!

at school last week, there was this guy making ballon animals. that was funny. i got in the long ass line and got myself a CAT. haha ... it was cute. and scooter popped it the other day. haha ...

[ HALLOWEEN ] here's how it went down. i came home at 6 and my parents were already in the front passing out candy ... there's a lot more kids in this neighborhood than we had all thought. joy (a rockstar) was out with her friends at another community and CJ (a mummy / basketball player?) was out with his friends. so it was me and my parents. i got invited to a sorority costume party - but i wasnt interested, plus, no costume. haha ... so instead, i chilled with my parents ... got lots of quality time with them ... it was fun talking to them without the kids around ... we were supposed to check out this corn field maze down the street but CJ and JOY were out for what seemed to be FOREVER! haha ... CJ came home and counted his candy ... i kept stealing some so he'd have to recount ... haha ... then he waited up for joy so they could compare ... i crashed early ... and forgot to brush my teeth! haha ... woke up with a toothache. it was nice staying in though ... coz me and bisa(!) were being losers together ... so we were just emailing ... letting each other know we're alive! haha ... missed you so much lisa! BLOG again! it'll make you feel better, promise!

[ GUAM CONNECTiON ] the highlight of my weekend: mahcus called me. we talked for a while. then he called ives then got zo on the line then called up ryan and finally, coz mahcus is a funny one, called up his own brother, mike. that was one funny conversation. it consisted mostly of the guys crackin on each other - mostly the twins anyhow ... catching up and whatnot. haha ... so said it was like PROM night ... except we were missing SHEiLA sneezing on everyone ... and it sucked too coz it was the middle of the day back in GUAM ... hmmm ... we were talking about watching Punk'd in different time zones ... i missed it, zo was watching it, and ives and ryan were waiting for it to come on. haha ... that was funny. marc was all excited coz he was had everyone on his phone. haha ... hey, as long as HE's the one paying the bill, im ok with doing that more often! we must do that again, guys.

[ HAPPY THOUGHTS ] i was watching Melissa Joan Hart's wedding show thing ... and i couldnt watch it all the way ... i was getting jealous! haha ... man, i wish i had the money to fly everyone i know to Florence, Itlay so we could have a wedding party! haha ... if only ... and then i go and become a sucker again coz it's just so damn magical! haha ... AHAH! i cant wait for the Gauntlet tonight ... ok, ok shay, im gonna stop ruining it for the HOMiES back in GUAM. haha ... Chado, just one message: "6 is still sexy!" i was just thinking about that the other day. random, i know.
